Terms of service

These terms govern the use of caldrionics.shop and every purchase of consumer electronics made from Kryštof Kukko, třída 17. listopadu 2358/21, 734 01 Karviná, Czechia. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and the contract

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation e-mail. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly listed in error, we may cancel that part of the order and refund it in full before dispatch.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and, where applicable, include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, which handle the card details; we never store them. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment the order was placed.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times and shipping terms are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and withdrawal

Returns, the 14-day right of withdrawal and refunds are described in the Refund and return policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

Every product is described from the unit we checked. Camera pages state resolution, frame rate, field of view and night-vision range; webcam pages state the resolution, the frame rate and the microphone arrangement; fan pages state the speeds, the airflow, the noise level and how far the head tilts. Photographs and screen colours can differ slightly from the product itself. Nothing in a description replaces the documentation supplied in the box.

Intended use

The products sold here are consumer electronics for normal domestic use. A security camera must be mounted as described in its instructions, a webcam needs a USB port that supplies the stated current, and a fan must not be covered or placed where its intake is blocked. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, a modification, or use outside the stated electrical and water ratings is not covered by the warranty.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for the statutory consumer rights you hold under Czech and EU law. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the competent court there.
