Refund and return policy

This policy covers every order of consumer electronics placed with Kryštof Kukko at caldrionics.shop: security cameras, webcams and fans.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason and without a penalty. Write to info@caldrionics.shop within those 14 days and we will send the return instructions. You may unpack the product and inspect it as you would in a shop; you are liable only for a loss of value caused by handling that goes beyond that.

30-day returns

Beyond the statutory period we accept unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Send back everything that came in the box, including mounting hardware, remote controls, cables and the printed instructions. A product that has been installed outdoors, drilled into a wall or run for weeks is not unused.

How to start a return

Email info@caldrionics.shop with the order number and the reason. We reply within one business day and confirm the return address at třída 17. listopadu 2358/21, 734 01 Karviná, Czechia. Please do not ship anything back before you have that confirmation, because a parcel sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and has been checked, the purchase price is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are issued in USD, the currency the order was placed in, and the exchange rate applied is the one your bank uses on the day of the refund. Return shipping is free of charge when you follow the instructions we send; if the product arrived damaged, was faulty, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. Report visible damage, a missing part or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product, and we replace it or refund it in full including the shipping cost. A parcel that has not arrived is reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date; we open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, resend the item or refund it.

Warranty

Consumer electronics sold here carry the statutory two-year warranty for lack of conformity under Czech and EU law. Keep the order confirmation, it is your proof of purchase. A fault caused by misuse, an unauthorised repair, water ingress beyond the rating stated on the product page, or a modification is not covered.
